家庭尊严干预对阿尔茨海默症患者主要照顾者心理状态的影响研究

Application of family dignity intervention on mental health in primary caregivers of patients with Alzheimer's Disease

目的探讨家庭尊严干预在阿尔茨海默症患者主要照顾者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年12月住院治疗的200名阿尔茨海默症患者主要照顾者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为干预组和对照组各100名,给予对照组主要照顾者常规健康教育,给予干预组主要照顾者准备、访谈、编辑、共享4个阶段的家庭尊严干预,干预前后比较两组照顾者的照顾负担、希望水平。结果干预后干预组主要照顾者照顾负担得分显著低于对照组(P<0.01),希望水平得分显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论家庭尊严干预可减轻阿尔茨海默症患者主要照顾者的照顾负担,提高其希望水平,对提高家庭照护质量具有积极意义。

Objective To explore the effect of family dignity intervention on mental health in primary caregivers of patients with Alzheimer's Disease(AD).Methods A total of 200 primary caregivers of patients with AD were divided into intervention group(n=100)and control group(n=100)based on the random number table method.The control group were given routine health education,the intervention group received family dignity intervention.The caregiver burden and the level of hope in the two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the score of caregiver burden in the intervention group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.01),and the hope index score was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Family dignity intervention can relieve the burden of caregiver and improve their hope level,which is of positive significance for improving the quality of family care.
