摘要
目的探讨案例教学法在我院门诊超说明书用药教学中的应用效果。方法引入1例门诊超说明书用药患者的案例,引导学生思考案例的特点,并通过分析我院风湿免疫科门诊超说明书用药的情况,了解超说明书用药的现状和管理策略。结果通过本次案例教学实践,学生在掌握风湿免疫科超说明书用药基础的知识的同时,加深了临床实际应用的理解,同时培养了临床药物治疗的思维方式。结论案例教学法是一种医院药师教学的有效方法。
OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of case-based learning method in teaching of off-label drug use in our outpatient. METHODS One case of off-label drug use in outpatient was introduced to guide the students to think about the clinical characteristics of the case,and then the situation of off-label drug use in rheumatoid arthritis patients was analyzed, and the prescriptions were managed by hierarchical management. RESULTS Through this case teaching practice,the students mastered the theoretical knowledge of off-label drug use and treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,deepened the understanding of clinical application of rheumatoid arthritis drugs,and cultivated the thinking mode of clinical pharmacotherapy. CONCLUSION Case-based learning method is an effective method and suitable for hospital pharmacist teaching.
