摘要
许多证据表明血管功能障碍对青光眼的发生发展具有促进作用。相干光断层扫描血管造影(optical coherence tomography angiography,OCTA)作为一种快速、无创的血管成像技术,实现了视网膜和脉络膜各层微循环的分层成像,量化病灶血管密度和血流指数,弥补了传统相干光断层扫描技术(optical coherence tomography,OCT)无法直接提供血流信息的不足。OCTA有助于准确、早期地诊断青光眼,监测青光眼的进展,在青光眼的临床诊断和随访方面有一定的的应用前景。
A growing body of evidences have revealed the role of vascular dysfunction in the pathogenesis and progression of glaucoma.As a fast noninvasive blood vessels imaging technology,optical coherence tomography angiography(OCTA)realizes the stratified imaging of the retinal and choroid microcirculation in each layer of tomography,provides a quantitative assessment of vessel density and blood flow index,and therefore is able to complement the deficiency of conventional optical coherence tomography(OCT)in providing direct flow information.OCTA seems to be very helpful in early diagnosis of glaucoma and accurately monitoring the progress of glaucoma.Its application on the clinical diagnosis and follow-up of glaucoma is promising.
