眼部化妆对眼表健康的影响

Impacts of eye cosmetics on ocular surface

近年来,随着眼部化妆术的普及和日常化,眼部化妆及美容品给眼表微环境带来的危害逐步引起了临床的关注。常用的眼部化妆及美容品主要包括眼线、眼影、睫毛膏,以及具有美瞳功能的角膜接触镜等。这些物品在使用过程中可能通过机械摩擦、化学物质的迁移和溶解、过敏和感染,以及防腐剂毒性等机制引起或加重眼表疾病,如睑皮炎、睑缘炎、结膜炎,以及角膜炎等。通过对眼部化妆品的种类及其导致的眼表问题的机制和临床表现的认识,将有利于临床医生正确诊断与处理相关问题,同时也将有利于对使用者的宣教。

With the popularity and daily use of cosmetics in recent years,eye makeup is becoming a major threat to the micro-environment of the ocular surface.Eye makeup products and application methods are various,including eye liner,eye shadow,mascara,cosmetic contact lenses etc.,which may induce or aggravate ocular diseases such as palpebral dermatitis,blepharitis,conjunctivitis,keratitis,corneal foreign bodies,dry eye and meibomian gland dysfunction(MGD)by mechanical friction,chemical substance migration and dissolution,allergy,infection and preservative toxicity.etc.This article reviews the pathogenicity and pathogenesis caused by eye makeup on ocular surface system in order to attract the attention of cosmetic crowd and clinicians.
