六君子汤联合白三烯受体拮抗剂对肺脾气虚型儿童哮喘临床预后及IFN-γ、IL-4、IL-10表达的影响

Effect of Liujunzi Decoction(六君子汤)Combined with Leukotriene Receptor Antagonist on Clinical Prognosis and Expressions of IFN-γ,IL-4 and IL-10 in Children with Lung-Spleen Qi Deficiency

目的六君子汤联合白三烯受体拮抗剂对肺脾气虚型儿童哮喘临床预后及IFN-γ、IL-4、IL-10表达的影响。方法选择2016年4月—2018年3月在医院诊断为肺脾气虚型哮喘患儿共120例,按照入组顺序随机均分为两组,分组方法依据随机数字表法。入组后对照组给予白三烯受体拮抗剂单药治疗;同时治疗组使用六君子汤联合白三烯受体拮抗剂治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效,并对两组患者治疗前后中医症候积分、肺功能进行比较,检测患者血清,比较两组治疗前后IFN-γ、IL-4、IL-10。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,临床治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组中医症候积分较对照组显著降低(P<0.05);治疗组肺功能指标FEV1及PEF均较对照组改善显著(P<0.05);治疗组较对照组IFN-γ、IL-10显著升高,IL-4则显著降低(P<0.05)。结论六君子汤联合白三烯受体拮抗剂有效提高肺脾气虚型儿童哮喘临床治疗效果及其预后,有效改善IFN-γ、IL-4、IL-10的表达。

Objective Liujunzi Decoction(六君子汤)combined with leukotriene receptor antagonists on the clinical prognosis and expressions of IFN-γ,IL-4 and IL-10 in children with lung-spleen Qi deficiency.Methods A total of 120 children with a diagnosis of asthma with lung-spleen Qi deficiency syndrome from April 2016 to March 2018 were enrolled in this study.They were randomly divided into two groups according to the enrollment order.The grouping method was based on the random number table method.After the enrollment,the control group was given monotherapy with leukotriene receptor antagonist.The treatment group was treated with Liujunzi Decoction combined with leukotriene receptor antagonist.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed.The TCM syndrome scores and lung function were compared before and after treatment.The serum of the patients was detected.The levels of IFN-γ,IL-4 and IL-10 were compared before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The clinical treatment effect was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The lung function indexes of the treatment group were FEV1 and PEF.Compared with that of the control group,the improvement was significant(P<0.05).Compared with those of the control group,the levels of IFN-γand IL-10 were significantly increased,while the level of IL-4 was significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion Liujunzi Decoction combined with leukotriene receptor antagonist can effectively improve the clinical therapeutic effect and prognosis of asthma children with lung-spleen Qi deficiency syndrome and effectively improve the expressions of IFN-γ,IL-4 and IL-10.
