止痒平肤液主要成分及其抗菌抗炎机制研究进展

Research Progress on Main Components and Anti-bacterial and Anti-inflammatory Mechanisms of Zhiyang Pingfu Liquid(止痒平肤液)

随着表皮生长因子受体抑制剂(EGFRIs)在EGFR基因突变阳性的非小细胞肺癌和转移性结直肠癌患者中的应用逐渐增多,其相关的不良反应也逐渐成为人们关注的焦点。发生率最高的EGFRIs相关不良反应为皮肤不良反应,其中又以痤疮样皮疹最为常见。中药止痒平肤液治疗EGFRIs相关痤疮样皮疹的临床疗效肯定,已被写入专家共识,但其作用机制仍不明确。旨在对止痒平肤液中药组成成分及其抗炎、抗菌作用机制进行系统的文献回顾,以期为进一步基础实验的实施提供参考。

With the increasing application of epidermal growth factor receptor inhibitors(EGFRIs)in patients with EGFR gene mutation-positive non-small cell lung cancer and metastatic colorectal cancer,the related adverse reactions have gradually become the focus of attention.The skin adverse reactions related to EGFRIs have the highest incidence,among which acne-like rash is most common.Traditional Chinese medicine Zhiyang Pingfu Liquid(止痒平肤液)has a definite clinical efficacy in treating acne-like skin rash associated with EGFRIs,which has been written into the consensus of experts,but its mechanism is still unclear.The aim of this paper was to systematically review the constituents and anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine Zhiyang Pingfu Liquid in order to provide reference for the further implementation of basic experiments.
