1例肺癌患者应用纳武利尤单抗出现间质性肺炎的药学监护

Pharmaceutical Care for a Patient with Squamous Cell Lung Carcinoma Suffered from Interstitial Pneumonia after Using Nivolumab

临床药师参与1例肺鳞癌患者应用纳武利尤单抗后出现间质性肺炎的药学监护,分析纳武利尤单抗与间质性肺炎的关联后,对纳武利尤单抗引起间质性肺炎进行评估、判断和确定分级,给予对症治疗的建议,并根据临床治疗情况逐步调整治疗方案。经治疗患者肺炎症状好转,显示临床药师参与临床药物治疗,有助于药物治疗方案的优化和合理用药。

Clinical pharmacists participated in the pharmaceutical care and clinical drug treatment of a patient with squamous cell lung carcinoma who developed interstitial pneumonia after using nivolumab.After analyzing the relationship between nivolumab and interstitial pneumonia,interstitial pneumonia caused by nivolumab was evaluated,judged and graded,the recommendations for symptomatic treatment were provided,and then the treatment plan was gradually adjusted according to the clinical treatment outcomes.After the treatment,the conditions of patient were improved,showing that clinical pharmacists’ participation in the clinical drug treatment was helpful to optimize the drug treatment schemes and improve the rational drug use.
