超声波协同半仿生法提取龙血竭中4种成分的工艺研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:优选龙血竭的超声波协同半仿生法提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验设计法,以龙血竭中龙血素A、龙血素B、白藜芦醇及7,4’-二羟基黄酮的含量为综合评分指标,考察料液比、提取时间、提取温度3个因素对提取效果的影响,进行验证试验。结果:三种因素对有效成分提取率的影响大小顺序为提取时间>料液比>提取温度,其中提取时间和料液比为显著性影响因素;超声波协同半仿生法提取的最优工艺参数为料液比为1∶70 g·ml^(-1)、提取温度为50℃、超声波时间为90 min。结论:优选的超声波协同半仿生法提取工艺操作简单、结果稳定可行,可用于龙血竭的提取。 Objective: To optimize the ultrasonic-assisted semi-bionic extraction technology for Resina Draconis.Methods: The effects of liquid ratio,extraction time and extraction temperature on the extraction rate were investigated by orthogonal test using the contents of effective components loureirin A,loureirin B,resveratrol and 7,4’-dihydroxyflavone in Resina Draconis as the comprehensive evaluation index,and the validation test was conducted as well.Results: Among the three influencing factors,the extraction time and liquid ratio were significant influencing factors,and the influencing order on the yield was extraction time>liquid ratio>extraction time.The optimal experimental condition parameters of ultrasonic assisted extraction were as follows: solid-liquid ratio of 1 ∶ 70 g·ml^(-1),extraction temperature at 50℃ and extraction time of 90 min.Conclusion: The optimized extraction technology is simple,stable and feasible,which can be used for the extraction of Resina Draconis.
