摘要
提出了一种基于折合式平面反射阵天线的毫米波高增益滤波天线设计方法,将极化敏感的频率选择表面替代传统的极化栅,用作折合式平面反射阵天线的副反射面。基于基片集成波导技术设计了极化敏感的频率选择表面,该频率选择表面对于线性极化入射波情况下具有较低的插入损耗,同时可几乎全反射对应正交极化的入射波。得益于频率选择表面的频率选择特性,折合式平面反射阵天线可获得良好的滤波性能。为了验证该滤波天线的设计方法,设计并制作了一款Ka频段的毫米波高增益滤波天线,在35~37 GHz的工作频带,天线具有良好的辐射特性和滤波特性。
A design of high-gain filtering antenna based on folded reflect array antenna(FRA)was presented in this paper.A polarization-sensitive frequency selective surface was used as the sub-reflector of traditional FRA instead of traditional polarizing grid.Based on the substrate integrated waveguide technology,a polarization-sensitive frequency selective surface(FSS)was designed.The FSS was designed to pass the linearly polarized incident wave with low insertion loss,while almost totally reflect the corresponding orthogonal polarized incident wave.Good filtering performance of the FRA could be achieved due to the frequency selective characteristics of FSS.In order to verify the design method of the filter antenna,a Ka-band millimeter wave high gain filtering antenna was designed and manufactured in this paper,which has good radiation and filtering characteristics in the working frequency band of 35~37 GHz.
