摘要
目的了解肥胖与肠道菌群相关性文献的科研合作网络特征、研究热点和前沿及其演变历史等,为后续研究提供参考依据。方法以"obesity"和"gut microbiota"为主题词,基于Web of Science数据库的检索结果,利用VOSviewer和CiteSpace软件对国际肥胖与肠道菌群类研究领域文献进行计量学和可视化分析。结果共检索到3 248篇文献,研究者发文最多的是比利时的Cani(72篇),中国上海的赵立平(30篇)位居第五位;机构以丹麦的哥本哈根大学发文最多(100篇),中国上海交通大学(78篇)和中国科学院(76篇)分别居第三和第四位;中国国家自然科学基金资助最多(495篇),发文量前3位的国家/地区依次为美国、中国、法国。研究热点有短期饮食限制与肠道菌群的关系等,研究前沿与演变路径包括脂肪组织、胰高血糖素、共生细菌、微生物菌群、DNA提取物、细菌科、共生菌群等的研究。结论自2010年开始,该领域发文量和被引频次均呈明显上升趋势,学科发展较好的国家有美国、中国、法国等,本研究结果客观而真实地展示了该领域研究热点及前沿内容,对其演变历史和发展趋势进行分析,可为后续研究发挥指导和借鉴作用。
Objective To understand the characteristics of research cooperation network, research hotspot, frontier and evolution history of researches on obesity and intestinal flora, and provide reference for the follow-up research. Methods Based on the search results of Web of Science database, VOSviewer and CiteSpace software were used to perform quantitative and visual analysis of the literatures in the field of international obesity and intestinal flora. Results A total of 3 248 articles were retrieved, the author of most of which were Cani PD(72) from Belgium;Zhao Liping(30) from Shanghai, China ranked at No. 5.The top one institute in terms of article number was Copenhagen University(100);Shanghai Jiaotong University(78) and Chinese Academy of Sciences(76) ranked at No. 3 and No. 4, respectively. Most of the researches were funded by NSFC(495). The top three countries/regions in terms of text volume were the United States, China and France. The research focus includes the relationship between short-term dietary restriction and intestinal flora, and the research frontier and evolution path include the research on fat tissue, glucagon, symbiotic bacteria, microbial flora, DNA extraction, bacteriology, and symbiotic flora, etc. Conclusion Since 2010, the number of papers and citation frequency in this field have increased significantly. The countries with better discipline development include the United States, China, and France, etc.The results of this study objectively and truly show the research hotspot and cutting-edge content in this field by analyzing the evolution history and development trend, which can provide guidance and reference for the follow-up research.
