复合相变调温剂的制备方法及其性能表征 被引量:1

摘要 针对固-液相变材料在高温下容易泄漏的问题,先将相变材料制成相变微胶囊,然后用环氧树脂包裹相变微胶囊得到复合相变调温剂。试验发现,复合相变调温剂粒径均匀、吸水率低,且具有较高强度,可等量替换粗集料。复合相变材料相变焓值较高,相变温度域较宽,储存稳定性良好,适用于道路工程。 In order to solve the problem that solid-liquid phase variable materials are easy to leak at high temperature,phase change materials were first made into phase change microcapsules,and then coated with epoxy resin to obtain a composite phase change temperature regulator.It was found that the composite phase change temperature regulating agent has uniform particle size,low water absorption and high strength,and can replace coarse aggregate with equal amount.Composite phase change materials have high phase change enthalpy,wide phase change temperature and good storage stability,which are suitable for road engineering.
