摘要
梁式悬空支架法是一种用途较广的桥梁施工方法,但是该施工方法在高墩超小半径桥梁施工中的应用较少。以中西部某互通A匝道现浇箱梁为案例,研究了该法在高墩超小半径刚构桥中的应用。基于梁式悬空支架法设计了新的托架,形成新的支架结构,对该支架系统进行了计算。在预压与现场浇筑阶段,对该支架系统进行了测试。研究与试验表明:该型支架系统为高墩超小半径桥梁建设快速施工提供了一种可行方案,并且具有操作简单、安全高效、通用性强的优点。
Suspension bracket method is a widely used bridge construction,but it is seldom used in the construction of extra-small-radius bridge with high piers.The application of suspension bracket method in the extra-small-radius frame bridge with high piers is studied with an example of cast-in-situ box girder bridge in the central-western of China and a new bracket is designed to form a new bracket structure based on this method.Meanwhile,calculation of this new bracket is carried out and the preloading experiment and site operation are used to measure the new bracket.Furthermore,the test shows that this type of bracket system provides a feasible scheme for the rapid construction of extra-small-radius frame bridge with high piers,and has the advantages of simple operation,safety,efficiency and versatility.
