基于PatentSight的核心专利识别研究——以汽车轻量化制造工艺为例 被引量:2

摘要 创造、运用和保护知识产权是企业的核心竞争力。该文引用Patent Sight数据库的综合竞争力指数计算方法,在构建汽车轻量化制造工艺专利数据集的基础上,从技术价值和市场价值两个维度,基于技术生命周期、被引频次、分类号数量、国家/地区分布和同族专利数量、专利有效性6个指标进行分析,识别核心专利,并与Incopat数据库计算的专利价值进行对比。结果表明,该方法与已有成熟分析平台结论具有一致性,能够在一定程度上为企业产业布局和未来发展提供借鉴和指导。 Creating, using and protecting intellectual property rights is the core competitiveness of enterprises. Based on the construction of a patent data set of automotive lightweight manufacturing process, this article quotes patent asset index calculation method of PatentSight database. We focus on the two dimensions of technology value and market value and six indicators of technology life cycle, frequency of citations, number of classification numbers, country distribution, number of patents in the same family and patent validity to identify core patents. Then we compare them with the patent strength in the Incopat database. The results show that this method is consistent with the conclusions of existing mature analysis platforms, which can effectively evaluate the patent value. The research provides reference and guidance for the industrial layout and future development of enterprises to a certain extent.
