大学适应对大学生手机依赖的影响

The Effect of College Adaptation on College Students'Mobile Phone Addiction

手机依赖作为大学生群体中较为突出的问题,受到研究者的广泛关注。以往研究者大多从大学生的人格、社会及家庭感知的角度研究大学生手机依赖的成因,却较少探讨大学适应与手机依赖的关系。本研究随机选取浙江省某高校169位大学生,采用问卷法对大学适应与手机依赖的关系进行探讨。研究发现择业适应可以显著负向预测戒断行为和突显行为;人际关系适应可以显著负向预测社交安抚和消极影响;校园适应可以显著负向预测APP更新。这提示高校应该注重大学生职业生涯规划和人际沟通技巧的培养,并对校园课余生活进行有效实施和管理,以减少大学生手机依赖的形成。

As a prominent problem among college students,mobile phone addiction has attracted attention from researchers.In the past,most researchers studied the causes of college students'mobile phone addiction from the perspective of college students'personality,social and family perception,but little discussed the relationship between college adaptation and mobile phone addiction.In this study,169 college students from one university in Zhejiang province were randomly selected.It is found that occupational adaptation can significantly and negatively predict withdrawal behavior and emergence behavior.Interpersonal relationship adaptation can significantly and negatively predict social appeasement and negative effects.Campus adaptation can significantly and negatively predict APP updates.This suggests that colleges and universities should pay attention to the development of college students'career planning and the skills of interpersonal communication,and carry out effective implementation and management of their extracurricular life in order to reduce the addiction of college students on mobile phones.
