DMAIC模型在实践教学中的应用研究——以“汽车销售技巧”课程教学为例

摘要 高职学生能够快速胜任岗位工作是职业教育改革的目标,也是实践教学需要解决的关键问题。本研究运用行动研究法,以汽车销售技巧课教学为例,将西格玛管理方法中DMAIC模型运用于实践教学,学生对照技能考核标准有针对性地循环练习,直至考核合格。研究发现该模型能够帮助学生掌握关键技能,适应岗位工作的要求,满足企业发展对熟练技术人才的需求。 The ability of higher vocational college students to be quickly competent for their jobs is the goal of higher vocational education reform,and it is also a key issue that needs to be solved in practical education.This study uses the action research method and takes the teaching of"Auto Sales Skills"as an example.The DMAIC model in the sigma management method is used in practical teaching.Students will practice in a targeted cycle against the skill assessment standards until they pass the assessment and master key skills,adapting to the needs of the job and meeting the needs of skilled technical personnel for enterprise development.
