摘要
法律风险是主要的创业风险之一,法律风险防控意识是大学生创业素质的重要组成部分。当前,法律风险防控意识缺乏已成为导致大学生创业失败的重要原因。从促进大学生有效防控法律风险的角度出发,应培育其树立依法创业、诚实守信、企业利益与社会责任相统一、法律风险与企业收益相平衡,以及主动、全方位、全过程防范法律风险的意识。为此,应在高校层面强化大学生创业法律风险教育,在政府层面营造大学生理性创业的外部环境。
Legal risk is one of the main entrepreneurial risks,and the awareness of legal risk prevention and control is an important part of college students'entrepreneurial quality.At present,the lack of awareness of legal risk prevention and control among college students has become an important reason for their entrepreneurial failure.From the perspective of promoting college students to effectively prevent and control legal risks,it is necessary to cultivate college students'awareness of starting a business according to law,being honest and trustworthy,unifying corporate interests and social responsibilities,balancing legal risks with corporate profits,and actively,comprehensively and completely preventing legal risks.Therefore,we should strengthen the legal risk education of college students'entrepreneurship at the university level,and create the external environment for college students'rational entrepreneurship at the government level.
