“半熟人社会”背景下乡村治理的困境与路径研究

Research on the Predicament and Path of Rural Governance under the Background of“Semi-Acquaintance Society”

"熟人社会"向现代法治社会转型过程中所产生的"半熟人社会"这一过渡阶段,在当今乡村社会的发展中并不适用。乡村治理在"半熟人社会"的影响下,带来了治理的行政化和官僚化、乡村关系淡薄、乡村治理体系老旧等诸多阻碍与困境。为解决乡村治理问题,通过构建多元共治的乡村治理模式,学习型乡村社会,法治、德治、自治相结合的乡村治理机制等方式,探析乡村治理的新路径。

The transitional stage of"semi-acquaintance society"produced in the transition from"acquaintance society"to modern legal society is not applicable to the development of the present rural society.Under the influence of"semi-acquaintance society",rural governance has brought many obstacles and difficulties,such as administrative and bureaucratic governance,weak rural relations,and old rural governance system.In order to solve the problem of rural governance,this paper analyzes the new path of rural governance by constructing the rural governance model of multiple co-governance,the learning-type rural society,and the rural governance mechanism of combining rule of law,rule of virtue and autonomy.
