摘要
目的摸清柳蒿芽脂溶性部位中有效成分相对含量。方法采用气相色谱法同时测定柳蒿芽脂溶性部位中(+)-(S)-dihydro-ar-curcumene(1)、(+)-(S)-ar-curcumene(2)、(+)-(S)-dihydro-ar-turmerone(3)、(+)-(S)-ar-turmerone(4)、丁香酚(5)、棕榈酸(6),亚油酸(7)、亚麻酸(8)、12,13-环氧亚麻酸(9)、油酸(10)和chamazulene(11)的含量。结果在选择的气相色谱条件下,被检测化合物1、2、4、5、8的线性范围均为5.0~100.0μg·mL^(-1)(r>0.9993),而3、6、7、9、10、11的线性范围均为1.0~50.0μg·mL^(-1)(r>0.9994)。化合物1~11平均回收率分别为97.8%(RSD=1.7%)、96.3%(RSD=1.8%)、97.0%(RSD=1.8%)、96.7%(RSD=1.7%)、98.2%(RSD=1.8%)、96.8%(RSD=1.9%)、96.3%(RSD=1.8%)、97.3%(RSD=1.9%)、97.1%(RSD=2.0%)、97.2%(RSD=1.7%)和97.7%(RSD=1.7%)。结论建立了柳蒿芽脂溶性部位中11个有效成分的定量分析方法,为该部位的后期研究和开发利用奠定了可靠基础。
OBJECTIVE To make out the relative contents of active components in the hydrophobic parts of Artemisia integrifolia.METHODS The contents of(+)-(S)-dihydro-ar-curcumene(1),(+)-(S)-ar-curcumene(2),(+)-(S)-dihydro-ar-turmerone(3),(+)-(S)-ar-turmerone(4),eugenol(5)palmitic acid(6),linoleic acid(7),linolenic acid(8),12,13-epoxylinolenic acid(9),oleic acid(10)and chamazulene(11)were determined by gas chromatography.RESULTS Under the selected GC conditions,the linear ranges of compounds 1,2,4,5 and 8 were 5.0-100.0μg·mL-1(r>0.9993),and those of the compounds 3,6,7,9,10 and 11 were 1.0-50.0μg·mL-1(r>0.9994).The recoveries of compounds 1-11 were 97.8%(RSD=1.7%),96.3%(RSD=1.8%),97.0%(RSD=1.8%),96.7%(RSD=1.7%),98.2%(RSD=1.8%),96.8%(RSD=1.9%),96.3%(RSD=1.8%),97.3%(RSD=1.9%),97.1%(RSD=2.0%),97.2%(RSD=1.7%)and 97.7%(RSD=1.7%),respectively.CONCLUSION The quantitative analysis method for 11 active components in the hydrophobic parts of Artemisia integrifolia is established,which lays a reliable foundation for the later research and development of the part.
