眼针对中风偏瘫患者脑血流及肢体功能的影响

Effect of Eye Acupuncture on Cerebral Blood Flow and Limb Function in Stroke Patients with Hemiplegia

目的探讨眼针对中风偏瘫患者脑血流及肢体功能的影响。方法90例中风偏瘫患者随机分成两组,各45例,两组均予以有针对性的对症治疗,对照组予以体针治疗,主穴:内关、极泉、尺泽、委中、足三里、三阴交;配穴:合谷、手三里、曲池、肩髃、环跳、阳陵泉、阴陵泉、风市、绝骨。上述诸穴日1次,1周7次,1次留针30 min。观察组在对照组的基础上予以眼针治疗,取穴:上焦区、下焦区、肝区、肾区。针法为眼针眶外横刺法,上述诸穴,留针30 min,留针期间不行针,1次/d,1周7次。治疗2周为1疗程,连续治疗2个疗程。比较两组治疗后临床疗效,治疗前后运动功能、活动能力及脑血流动力学指标。结果治疗后与对照组相比,观察组临床总有效率较高(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者Fugl-Meyer、ADL评分升高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组Fugl-Meyer、ADL评分较高(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者前动脉、中动脉、后动脉的平均血流速度升高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组前动脉、中动脉、后动脉的平均血流速度较高(P<0.05)。结论中风后偏瘫患者采用眼针治疗对于促进肢体功能恢复、提高患者日常生活活动能力具有积极作用,优于单纯应用体针治疗,能显著改善脑供血水平。

Objective To investigate the effect of eye acupuncture on cerebral blood flow and limb function in stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods 90 cases of apoplectic hemiplegia patients were randomly divided into two groups,45 cases in each group,the two groups were given targeted symptomatic treatment,the control group was treated with body acupuncture,the main points:Neiguan,Jiquan,chize,Weizhong,Zusanli,Sanyinjiao;the matching points:Hegu,shousanli,Quchi,Jianhe,Huantiao,Yanglingquan,yinlingquan,Fengshi,juegu.The above points were once a day,7 times a week,and the needle was retained for 30 minutes once a time.The experimental group was treated with eye acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The acupoints were selected:upper Jiao area,lower Jiao area,liver area and kidney area.The acupuncture method is eye acupuncture,lateral needling,once a day,7 times a week,retaining the needle for 30 minutes once a day,and not during the retention period.2 weeks as a course of treatment in the two groups,continuous treatment for 2 courses.The clinical efficacy,motor function,activity ability and cerebral hemodynamic indexes were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher(P<0.05).After treatment,the Fugl Meyer and ADL scores of the two groups were increased(P<0.05),compared with the control group,the Fugl Meyer and ADL scores of the experimental group were higher(P<0.05).After treatment,the average blood flow velocity of anterior artery,middle artery and posterior artery in two groups increased(P<0.05),compared with the control group,the average blood flow velocity of anterior artery,middle artery and posterior artery in experimental group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion eye acupuncture has a positive effect on promoting the recovery of limb function and improving the activities of daily living of patients with hemiplegia after stroke,which is better than body acupuncture alone,and can significantly improve the level of cerebral blood supply.
