针灸联合地屈孕酮治疗反复生化妊娠流产临床观察

Clinical Observation of Acupuncture combined with Didroxyprogesterone in the Treatment of Recurrent Biochemical Pregnancy Abortion

目的分析针灸联合地屈孕酮治疗反复生化妊娠流产临床观察。方法选取医院在2017年1月—2019年6月收治的120例反复生化妊娠流产患者作为本次研究的对象,将所有患者采取掷骰子的方式随机分为观察组与对照组,每组60例,对照组实施地屈孕酮进行治疗,观察组在实施地屈孕酮的基础上增加针灸进行治疗,在治疗结束后观察两组患者的不良反应发生率、生活质量评分以及妊娠成功率。结果实施针灸联合地屈孕酮治疗的观察组患者不良反应发生率要高于实施地屈孕酮治疗的对照组患者不良反应发生率,观察组生活质量评分要高于对照组,观察组妊娠成功率要高于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论若患者发生了反复性的生化妊娠流产后,可为患者使用针灸联合地屈孕酮的治疗方式来进行治疗,利用针灸联合地屈孕酮的治疗方法能够有效的改善患者反复流产的现象,同时还能有效降低不良反应发生率,从而有效提高生活质量,促进患者身体的早日恢复,改善患者的临床症状,在经过一段时间的针灸联合地屈孕酮的治疗后,还能够有效提高患者的妊娠成功率,因此针灸联合地屈孕酮治疗方式具有较高的临床应用价值,可广泛的推广于临床实验中。

Objective To analyze the clinical observation of acupuncture combined with didroxyprogesterone in the treatment of recurrent biochemical pregnancy abortion.Methods 120 cases of repeated biochemical pregnancy abortion patients in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the object of this study.All patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group by rolling dice,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with didroxyprogesterone,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion on the basis of the implementation of dydrogesterone The incidence of adverse reactions,quality of life score and pregnancy success rate of the two groups were observed.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The pregnancy success rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion If patients have recurrent biochemical pregnancy abortion,can be used for patients with acupuncture combined with didroxyprogesterone treatment,the use of acupuncture combined with didroxyprogesterone treatment can effectively improve the phenomenon of repeated abortion,but also can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,so as to effectively improve the quality of life of patients and promote patients The early recovery of the body,improve the clinical symptoms of patients,after a period of time of acupuncture combined with didroxyprogesterone treatment,but also can effectively improve the pregnancy success rate of patients,so acupuncture combined with didroxyprogesterone treatment has high clinical application value,can be widely promoted in clinical experiments.
