高血压中医病名、病因、病机研究进展

Research Progress on Name,Etiology and Pathogenesis of Hypertension in Traditional Chinese Medicine

高血压及其引发的靶器官损坏已经逐渐成为威胁人民生命财产安全的主要疾病之一,并且造成了较大的社会负担。为了更好的研究用中医对高血压病的治疗现状,通过收集中医临床各家对高血压病的病名、病因、病机的观点。并通过研究这些观点,发现目前中医治疗高血压病存在的缺陷与不足。近年来,中医对高血压病的研究与西医相比发展速度缓慢,首要的原因就是中医对高血压病没有统一的命名。从中医古籍中的对高血压病相关症状的记载,到现代相关的临川文件对高血压病的命名,再到各个学者对于高血压病命名的研究,高血压曾出现过数个不同命名。这不同的命名会导致中医对于高血压病的研究很难统一。高血压病的病因方面中医与西医的研究有些相似,但是中医有一些独特的研究理论,如中医的体质学说,脏腑学说,经络学说等,这些富有特色的学说为探寻的高血压病的本质问题提供了更加丰富的可能性,为未来中医攻克高血压病提供了希望。目前中医普遍认可的高血压的病因主要有五,即体质,年老,饮食,情志和过劳,同时,新的高血压病的病因也不断的在补充和完善中医的理论体系。高血压病的病机因高血压病名不同的原因,加上临床上各个医家治疗的经验不同,高血压病的病机在临床中特别繁多,总结了一些较新的且较有特色的临床治疗高血压病的医家对于高血压病病机的认识,希望阅读过本研究的人可获得启发,在以后对高血压病的临床治疗中可以思维更开阔,疗效更佳。最后简单提出了现在中医治疗高血压病仍面临的问题,并对未来提出展望。

Hypertension and the target-organ damage have become a major threat to people’s life and property,meanwhile causing great burden to the society.This asset collected the perspective of the nomenclature,etiology and pathogenesis of hypertension by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)physicians,in order to make it easier to study hypertension.Meanwhile we find out our own shortcoming in the treatment of hypertension by TCM.In recent years,the development of researches of hypertension in the western medicine is far more effective than TCM.The mean reason for this is TCM dose not have a uniformed nomenclature for hypertention.From the ancient books of TCM to the modern clinical standard treatment of hypertension and researchers studying the nomenclature of hypertention,the TCM name of hypertension has been changed a lots of times,making the study of hypertention hard to make a progress.The difference of the etiology of hypertention between TCM and western medicine are not too obvious.However,TCM has many its own characteristics such as physique theory,viscera theory,acupuncture theory,etc.These special theories allow us to study the nature of hypertention in different ways and maybe some days make it possible to treat hypertention.There are five major acceptable causes of hypertention.They are physique factors,diet factors,age factors,emotion factors and overwhelming.Meanwhile,new study about the etiology of hypertention is replenishing the TCM theories.The diversity of nomenclature of the hypertention and the clinical experiences difference of TCM physicians make the pathogenesis become pluralistic.This asset summarized some up-to-date views of pathogenesis of hypertension,hoping to inspire and help readers with future clinical therapy.In the last of the asset,it summarized problems that we are still facing in the clinical treatment and hopes things will get better day by day.
