麻黄附子细辛汤联合阿托品治疗冠心病缓慢性心律失常对患者心电图的改善效果分析

Analysis of Improvement Effect of Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction Combined with Atropine in Treatment of Chronic Arrhythmia of Coronary Heart Disease on Electrocardiogram of Patients

目的探究麻黄附子细辛汤联合阿托品治疗冠心病缓慢性心律失常对患者心电图的改善效果。方法选取2016年4月—2019年3月收治的冠心病缓慢性心律失常患者130例,采用摸球法分为观察组和对照组,各65例。观察组采用麻黄附子细辛汤联合阿托品治疗,对照组采用阿托品治疗。治疗1个月观察效果,包括治疗总有效率、中医证候评分、不良反应发生情况及治疗前后24 h动态心电图指标变化。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,观察组中医证候评分低于对照组,观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组24 h最慢心率、24 h心率、平静心率、24 h总心搏数均多于对照组和同组治疗前(P<0.05)。结论麻黄附子细辛汤联合阿托品治疗冠心病缓慢性心律失常患者具有显著效果,值得应用于临床推广。

Objective To explore the improvement effect of Mahuang Fuzi Xixin decoction combined with atropine on patients’electrocardiogram improvement of chronic arrhythmia of coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 130 cases of CHD patients with chronic arrhythmia admitted from April 2016 to March 2019 were selected and divided into group observation and group control by touch ball method,with 65 cases in each.The observation groupwas treated with Mahuang Fuzi Xixin decoction combined with atropine,while the control group was treated with atropine.Theeffect was observed 1 month after treatment,including the total effective rate,TCM syndrome score,adverse reactions and the changes of 24 h dynamic electrocardiogram before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than of the controlgroup.The TCM syndromescoreof the observation group was lower than of the controlgroup.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than of the controlgroup.The comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the slowest heart rate,24 h heart rate,calm heart rate and 24 h total heart rate of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group and those of the same group before treatment,and the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mahuang Fuzi Xixin decoction combined with atropine in the treatment of coronary heart disease patients with slow and chronic arrhythmia has significant effects,and is worthy of clinical application.
