摘要
【目的】探索IEEE Xplore科技期刊出版平台外向协同发展策略,为我国科技期刊的外向协同发展提供参考。【方法】在研究资料和数据整理的基础上,利用案例分析法和对比分析法来研究IEEE Xplore科技期刊出版平台外向协同发展现状和整体情况。【结果】IEEE Xplore科技期刊出版平台的外向协同发展策略主要有对外建立品牌效应,联合不同级别的组织机构,收录或独家发行国际知名期刊,跨地域大规模主办新兴领域学术会议,努力培养高校学生、青年专家和企业家,以及加强全球市场营销。【结论】国内期刊出版平台应该积极挖掘品牌宣传机会,重视品牌建设的深度和广度,提升品牌效应;积极布局国际学术出版合作伙伴关系网络,争取跨地域大规模举办国际学术会议;重视外刊收录和青年人才培养,定位全球市场,加强期刊产品研发投入,积极扩展营销渠道,从而全面促进国内科技期刊出版平台的外向协同发展。
[Purposes]This paper aims to explore the outward collaborative development strategies of the IEEE Xplore scientific journal publishing platform,which is expected to provide a reference for the outward collaborative development of Chinese scientific journals.[Methods]With the methods of data research,case study,and comparative analysis,we studied the current status and overall situation of IEEE Xplore outward collaborative development.[Findings]The outward collaborative development strategies of the IEEE Xplore are as follows: building brand trust,cooperating with organizations of different levels,including or exclusively distributing world renowned journals,holding large-scale international academic conferences about emerging fields,training college students,young professionals,and entrepreneurs,and enhancing global market-oriented operation.[Conclusions]We put forward the following suggestions for the outward collaborative development of Chinese journal publishing platforms: striving to enhance brand publicity and valuing the depth and breadth of brand building to improve brand effect,establishing the international academic publishing partnership network,holding large-scale international academic conferences,emphasizing the inclusion of foreign journals and the cultivation of young talents,opening up global markets,and developing and investing in new journal products to expand marketing channels.
