中医药治疗慢性肾衰竭的研究进展

Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Chronic Renal Failure

慢性肾衰竭(chronic renal failure,CRF)是当今社会严重危害人类健康和生命的疾病之一,近年来,中医在延缓肾功能进展、提高患者的生活质量等方面取得显著疗效。通过查阅有关文献,主要从病因病机、中医辨证论治、单味药应用(如大黄、黄芪、冬虫夏草等)、中成药治疗(如尿毒清颗粒、海昆肾喜胶囊)、多途径治疗(包括中药灌肠、药浴熏洗、穴位贴敷和针灸等各种治疗方法)等方面,尤其是从单味药的主要成分及最新药理作用、复方制剂的药理实验、多途径治疗CRF方法的研究结果等角度对近年中医治疗CRF的研究概况进行总结,认为中医药在治疗CRF方面受到多数患者青睐,医家根据患者临床症状,舌象脉象进行辩证分析,可有效的改善患者临床症状,延缓病情地进展,提高患者生活质量,并且中药毒副作用小,中医治疗CRF具有广阔的前景,经验丰富,临床疗效好,确实能延缓慢性肾衰竭的进展。

Chronic renal failure is nowadays one of the serious damage to human health and disease of life.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine has made remarkable curative effect on delaying the progression of renal function,improving the quality of life in patients with renal function and so on.Through consulting relevant literature,mainly from the etiology and pathogenesis,TCM syndrome differentiation,single herbs application[suc has Dahuang(rhubarb),Huangqi(astragalus),Dongchong Xiacao(Chinese caterpillar fungus)],Chinese medicine patents(such as Niaoduqing Granules,Haikun Shenxi Capsule),multi-channel treatment(Chinese medicine enema,medicated bath fumigation,acupoint sticking and acupuncture and other treatments),especially from the main composition of single herbs,the latest pharmacological effects,compound preparations of pharmacological experiments,more ways to treat CRFin recent years,it summarized the general situation of the study of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of CRF andbelieved that traditional Chinese medicinetreatment of CRF is accepted by majority of patients.Physicians,according to patients’clinical symptoms,tongue pulse condition and syndrome differentiation,can effectively improve the patients’clinical symptoms,delay the progression and improve patients’quality of life,and there are few side effects.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of CRF has a broad prospect with better clinical curative effect,and can delay the progress of chronic renal failure.
