雷公藤多苷治疗慢性肾病的研究进展

Progress of Tripterygium Glycosides in Treatment of Chronic Kidney Disease

雷公藤为卫矛科植物雷公藤根的木质部,具有祛风除湿,消肿止痛,清热解毒,杀虫止痒的功效。雷公藤多苷(tripterygium glycosides)是从雷公藤内提取精制的主要活性物质,现代药理研究证明其具有抗炎、抗肿瘤和治疗免疫系统疾病等方面的作用。这表示其可用于多种临床疾病的治疗,如类风湿性疾病、肾病、顽固性疼痛、白塞综合征、红斑性狼疮等皮肤性疾病。就雷公藤多苷在治疗慢性肾病方面的研究进展做一综述。

Tripterygium wilfordii is the xylem of the root of celastraceae,which has the effects of dispelling wind and dampness,reducing swelling and relieving pain,clearing heat and detoxifying,killing insects and relieving itching.Triterygium glycosides is the main active substance extracted and refined from Tripterygium wilfordii.Modern pharmacological studies have shown that it has anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,anti-immune system diseases and other functions.It suggests that it can be used in the treatment of a variety of clinical diseases,such as rheumatoid diseases,kidney disease,intractable pain,Behcet’s syndrome,lupus erythematosus and other skin diseases.This article reviewed the research progress of tripterygium glycosides in the treatment of chronic kidney disease.
