“以方测证”在中医证候模型研究中的应用述评

Review on Application of“Syndrome Differentiation through Formula Effect Assessment”in TCM Syndrome Model Research

"以方测证"是现阶段证候模型研究的重要手段,在促进"证"研究深入的同时亦暴露出部分问题。总结近年来"以方测证"在证候模型研究中的应用概况,对研究中涉及的方证关系、实验设计、评判标准、病证结合等关键问题进行论述,提出方药功效的界定是关键前提、合理设立对照实验是关键环节、重视评判标准的多元化、遵循病证结合的研究框架等相应的研究思路与对策,以期为进一步研究提供借鉴。

"Syndrome differentiation through formula effect assessment"is a major means of current syndrome model researches.Some problems have been exposed while it promotes in-depth researches of"syndromes".This paper summarized the application of"syndrome differentiation through formula effect assessment"in syndrome model researches over recent years and demonstrated key problems involved in the research,including the relationship of formula and syndrome,experiment design,evaluation criteria and combination of disease and syndrome.Then,it proposed corresponding research ideas and countermeasures as references for future researches.For instance,defining the efficacy of formula prescription is the key premise.Reasonably designing a control experiment is the key link.Diversification of evaluation criteria is valued and the research framework of the combination of disease and syndrome should be observed.
