基于网络药理学的中药复方治疗高血压病研究进展

Research Progress on Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Hypertension Based on Network Pharmacology

高血压是目前常见的心血管疾病之一,具有发病率高,但治疗率与控制率相对较低的特点,随着网络药理学的逐渐发展,其"多成分、多途径、多靶点"协同作用的特点已被广泛应用于指导高血压病的治疗。通过对75篇文献的分析,对治疗高血压病的中药复方研究进展进行综述,阐释经典方剂与现代方剂中复方各药物活性、药物作用靶点、生物过程和通路分析等方面,并提出部分网络药理学在中药复方研究领域中存在的问题与展望。

Hypertension is one of the common cardiovascular diseases,with high incidence and relatively low treatment and control rates.With the rise of network pharmacology,the characteristics of its"multi-component,multi-channel,multi-target"synergistic effect are consistent with the overall view of traditional Chinese medicine and syndrome differentiation principles and have been widely used to guide the treatment of hypertension.This paper reviewed the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)compound prescriptions for hypertension through the analysis of 75 articles,explained the aspects such as the activity,target,biological process and pathway analysis of TCM classical and modern compound prescriptions,and put forward the existing problems and prospects of part of network pharmacology in the research field of TCM compound prescriptions.
