麝香保心丸联合阿托伐他汀治疗老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病临床疗效

Shexiang Baoxin Pill(麝香保心丸)Combined with Atorvastatin in Treatment of Senile Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨麝香保心丸联合阿托伐他汀对老年冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)的治疗效果。方法将2017年3月—2019年3月收入医院的132例老年冠心病患者,随机分为两组,对照组66例,治疗组66例。对照组单纯使用阿托伐他汀进行治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上联合麝香保心丸,持续治疗12周。治疗后,比较两组患者临床治疗效果、血脂水平、B型利钠肽(BNP)水平、C反应蛋白(CRP)、肌钙蛋白(cTnT)及不良反应发生情况。结果对照组总有效率为77.27%(51/66),治疗组总有效率为组90.91%(60/66),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者甘油三酯(TG)水平、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白A(ApoA)均较治疗前显著降低,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);载脂蛋白B(ApoB)较治疗前显著升高,且治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,BNP、CRP、Tn水平均较治疗前显著降低,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者均未出现严重不良反应。结论麝香保心丸联合阿托伐他汀治疗老年冠心病治疗效果明显,可显著改善患者血脂水平及心功能指标,安全有效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Shexiang Baoxin Pill(麝香保心丸)combined with atorvastatin on coronary heart disease in the elderly.Methods A total of 132 elderly patients with coronary heart disease who were admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,66 in the control group and 66 in the treatment group.The control group was treated with atorvastatin alone,and the treatment group was treated with Shexiang Baoxin Pill on the basis of the control group for 12 weeks.After treatment,the clinical treatment effect,blood lipid level,B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP),C-reactive protein(CRP),troponin(cTnT)and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the control group was 77.27%(51/66),and that of the treatment group was 90.91%(60/66).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C)and apolipoprotein A(ApoA)were significantly lower than those before treatment,and those of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Apolipoprotein B(ApoB)was significantly higher than that before treatment,and the ApoB level of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,levels of BNP,CRP and Tn were significantly lower than those before treatment,and those of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in two groups.Conclusion Shexiang Baoxin Pill combined with atorvastatin is effective in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease,which can significantly improve the blood lipid level and cardiac function of patients.It is safe and effective and worthy of clinical application.
