杞菊地黄丸对干眼症基础泪液分泌的影响

Effect of Qiju Dihuang Pill(杞菊地黄丸)on Basic Tear Secretion in Patients with Xerophthalmia

目的分析杞菊地黄丸对干眼症患者基础泪液分泌的影响。方法选取医院2017年4月—2019年4月收治的干眼症患者80例,采用随机数字法分为两组。对照组给予常规对症治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予杞菊地黄丸治疗,分析两组患者治疗后的临床效果。结果观察组总有效率(90.00%,36/40)高于对照组(72.50%,29/40),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前泪液分泌试验(SIT)、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)组间比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后SIT、BUT高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前眼部症状积分组间比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后眼干涩、异物感、视物疲劳、白睛红赤、畏光积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前泪液中白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)水平组间比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后泪液中IL-1β、IL-8、MMP-9水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论杞菊地黄丸可降低干眼症患者泪液中IL-1β、IL-8、MMP-9的表达水平,改善症状和基础泪液分泌。

Objective To analyze the effect of Qiju Dihuang Pill(杞菊地黄丸)on basic tear secretion in patients with xerophthalmia.Methods Eighty patients with xerophthalmia treated in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with routine symptomatic treatment,and the observation group was treated with Qiju Dihuang Pill on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups after treatment were analyzed.Results The total effective rate in the observation group(90.00%)was higher than that in the control group(72.50%)and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in tear film rupture time between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in tear film rupture time between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,SIT and BUT in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the score of anterior ocular symptoms between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of dry eyes,foreign body feeling,visual fatigue,white eye red red and photophobia in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,IL-1β,IL-8 and MMP-9 in the tears of the two groups were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the level of MMP-9 between the two groups(P>0.05).The levels of IL-1β,IL-8 and MMP-9 in tears of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Qiju Dihuang Pill can reduce the expressions of IL-1β,IL-8 and MMP-9 in tears of patients with xerophthalmia,and improve the symptoms and basic tear secretion.
