摘要
为了提升网格宽带装维流程的透明度和调度管控的效率、打破装维安装维护过程的“黑匣子”、使客户需求直接传递,通过整合服开系统、EOMS系统、资管系统的数据,构建了基于数据源、网调系统(数据中心+工单系统)、掌上应用端的系统架构,研发了网格宽带可视化一键式支撑系统。测试和运行表明,本系统提升了装维服务质量和客户满意度、后台的调度管控效率,为网格提供有力的信息化支撑手段。
In order to improve the transparency of the grid broadband installation and maintenance process as well as the efficiency of scheduling control,break the“black box”of the installation and maintenance process,and make the customer requirements directly transmitted,by integrating the data of the service opening system,the EOMs system and the asset management system,we constructed the system architecture based on data source,network dispatching system(data center+work order system)and handheld application end is constructed and developed the grid broadband visualization one click support system.The tests and operations of the system show that it improves the quality of installation and maintenance service as well as customer satisfaction,improves the efficiency of backend scheduling and management,and provides a powerful information support means for grid.
