摘要
对核电厂低温灾害防护的室内环境特征温度、室外设计计算参数、设计原则、设计方法和工程措施进行了研究分析。根据工况、设备材料性能和功能重要性,提出建立3类低温防护设计的特征参数和3个室外设计计算参数。给出了进行供热功能失效分析的思路,建立了核电厂低温灾害防护设计的方法,介绍了低温防护供热功能和设计基准的分析流程。
Analyses the indoor air characteristic temperature,outdoor air design parameters,design principles,design methods and engineering measures for low temperature disaster protection of nuclear power plants.According to operation conditions,equipment material performance and functional importance,proposes to establish three types of characteristic parameters for low temperature protection design and three outdoor design parameters.Presents the ideas for the heating function failure analysis,establishes a design method for low temperature disaster protection in nuclear power plants,and provides a process of low temperature protection heating function and design basis analysis.
