摘要
介绍了某核电厂烘干工艺降噪处理的过程。通过现场噪声声压级实测,对噪声源进行了初步分析,给出了降噪建议方案。同时,采用试验对建议方案的降噪效果进行了验证。在多次测量和试验的基础上辨识主要噪声源,提出了降低烘干工艺运行风量、提高送风温度、在烘干时间得以保证的情况下降低噪声水平的建议。试验结果表明,该工艺的运行A声级噪声由约90 dB降低至85 dB左右。
Presents the noise reduction process of a drying system in a nuclear power plant.Based on the field measurements of sound pressure levels,preliminarily analyses the noise source,gives the suggestions of noise reduction,and verifies the effective noise reduction of the proposed scheme by experiments.Identifies the main noise sources on the basis of several measurements and tests,and puts forward the suggestions of reducing the airflow rate of drying processing,increasing the air supply temperature and reducing the noise level based on the limit of drying time.The results show that the A-weighted sound pressure level of adjacent area is reduced from 90 dB to 85 dB.
