摘要
为研究航站楼室内空间与旅客满意度之间的关系,本文以中国不同气候区的9个城市的11座航站楼为研究对象,利用后评估方法,将2014年至2016年得到的4149份旅客满意度调查问卷与室内客观环境参数进行了对比研究,尤其包括了不同航站楼的面积以及各功能区的平均高度与旅客满意度进行的,并结合主客观测试结果展开综合分析.研究结果表明,旅客对于航站楼室内空间的满意度在79%~85%,但空间感受在旅客最关心的13个因素排序上排名倒数第4,其中高度与面积两项结果与航站楼旅客满意度之间的相关因子分别为0.57与0.675.结果显示:1)旅客并不觉得大面积的航站楼室内需要高大空间,为此建议在设计前期应该根据能耗与声场来决定层高;2)航站楼室内空间高度与能耗直接相关,设计中应降低空间高度节省能耗.
In order to study the relationship between the height of the terminal space and the passenger satisfaction,this paper selected 11 terminals in 9 cities in different climate regions of China as the research object,and used the post occupancy evaluation(POE)method to compare 4,149 passenger satisfaction questionnaires with indoor objective environmental parameters,especially comparing the area of different terminals and the average height of each functional area with passenger satisfaction,to carry out a comprehensive analysis with the combination of subjective and objective test results.It is concluded that passengers'satisfaction with the height of the terminal space is between 79%and 85%,but the space perception ranks fourth among 13 factors most concerned by passengers,in which the correlation factors between the height,the area and passenger satisfaction of the terminal are 0.57 and 0.675 respectively.The results show that 1)passengers do not believe that terminal buildings with large area need space of high height,therefore in the early stage of design,the height should be determined based on energy consumption and sound field.2)The space height of the terminal is directly related to energy consumption,and reducing the space height can save energy consumption.
