涂料中游离甲醛及挥发性有机物检测方法标准对比研究 被引量:3

Comparative Study on National Testing Standards for Formaldehyde and Volatile Organic Compounds in Coatings

摘要 涂料是室内装饰装修不可或缺的建筑材料之一.为降低涂料中有害物质散发对室内空气品质的影响,各国均制定相关标准对涂料中有害物质的含量及释放量进行限定.但由于不同标准所应用的实验方法的差异,其测量得到的有害物质结果难以进行平行比较.本文对中国、日本、美国及欧洲涂料中游离甲醛及挥发性有机物的相关检测方法标准进行研究,从标准的方法原理、适用对象范围及实验操作过程等方面分析了不同方法标准的相关性与差异性,从而对不同检测方法标准的适用性及局限性情况进行讨论,旨在为涂料生产方、施工方及消费者提供相关的方案参考及技术支持. Coating is one of the most indispensable building materials for interior decoration.In order to control the impact of harmful substances in coatings on indoor air quality,relevant standards have been formulated to restrict the content and release of harmful substances in coatings by various countries.However,due to the differences in the testing methods used in different standards,parallel comparison of different experimental results is impossible.In this paper,the relevant standards of formaldehyde and volatile organic compounds in coatings in China,Japan,the United State and Europe were studied.The correlations and difference of different standards were analyzed from the principles of the standards,application objects and range,and the experimental operation processes,so as to discuss the applicability and limitations of different testing method standards,providing relevant solution references and technical support for paint manufacturers,constructors,and consumers.
