基于TMD的风力机塔筒振动控制研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对风力机塔筒在风振效应下振动过大的问题,该文基于调谐质量阻尼器(TMD)开展对风力机塔筒的减振控制研究。以某大型2 MW风力机塔筒为研究对象,基于ANSYS建立柔性的风力机塔筒有限元模型,并基于Kaimal谱和模态脉动曳力功率谱模拟得到脉动风速时程和风载时程曲线。为取得较好的TMD减振控制效果,根据Den Hartog法得到TMD的最优频率比和阻尼比。为分析TMD对塔筒结构强度的影响及其TMD的振动控制效果,对风力机塔筒进行静力学和风载作用下的动力响应仿真分析。研究结果表明:TMD对塔筒的静强度影响较小,相比于将TMD放置于塔筒内部,将TMD放置于塔顶机舱内能更有效地减小塔筒在风振效应下的位移峰值、标准偏差以及瞬态应力峰值,其抑制率分别达到63.51%、63.38%和59.74%。 Aiming at the problem of excessive vibration of wind turbine tower under wind vibration effect,the vibration control of wind turbine tower is studied based on tuned mass damper(TMD).Using ANSYS software,a flexible finite element model of a large 2 MW wind turbine tower is established.The fluctuating wind speed time history and wind load time history curves are obtained by using Kaimal spectrum and modal fluctuating drag power spectrum.The optimal frequency ratio and damping ratio of TMD are obtained according to Den Hartog method for getting better control effect.In order to analyze the influence of TMD on the structural strength of tower and the vibration control effect of TMD,the static and dynamic responses of wind turbine tower are simulated and analyzed.The results illustrate that TMD has little effect on the static strength of the tower.Compared with the TMD placed in the inner of the tower,the TMD placed in the top engine room can significantly cut down the peak displacement,standard deviation and transient stress when the tower is excited by wind-induced vibration.The inhibition rates is 63.51%,63.38%and 59.74%,respectively.
