摘要
随着市场经济的深入发展与翻译的"语言服务"转向,社会对于翻译人才的核心素养要求越来越多元和专业化。以政府部门、公司企业以及出版社为代表的社会招聘单位对翻译人才的核心素养提出具体要求。追踪、梳理和分析这些社会需求,对我们改进人才培养模式,培养合格的翻译人才有着重要的参考价值。通过对招聘公告1年的跟踪记录,我们发现,社会对翻译人才的要求主要集中在翻译素养、职业素养、跨文化沟通能力以及创新能力与语言服务意识等4个方面。高校应该基于自身优势,研制专业化技能考核标准,探索本土化人才培养模式,搭建数据化知识库,创设职业化实训平台,提升人才培养质量,服务社会和国家需求。
With the development of market-oriented economy and the language turn of translation,the qualifications of the social recruitment for translators and interpreters have been increasingly diversified. Governmental sectors,translation companies and publishers have all set up their specific requirements for prospective translators and interpreters. Therefore,the collection,classification and analysis of these social needs are crucial to a better cultivation model of translators and interpreters. After one-year tracking and recording of the relevant social advertisements,we have found that the following requirements are commonly stressed: good command of bilingual rendition, professionalism, cross-cultural communication competence, innovation and language service awareness. Colleges and universities should take these requirements into account to meet social needs by developing a measurement standard for language and translation skills and a localized professionals cultivation model, as well as building up a corpus-based knowledge platform,providing practical opportunities for students to improve their competencies.
