摘要
在创新教师教育人才培养模式过程中,通过多方主体联合协作,开展职前教师培养与职后教师培训等实践活动,取得了一定的成果,同时也面临着运行机制不顺畅、合作文化冲突、监管与保障机制不健全等实践困境。基于行动者网络理论,结合广东省创建国家教师教育创新实验区的实践探索,分析“多位一体”教师教育人才协同培养行动者网络的构建过程,总结行动者网络理论对教师教育人才培养的启示,提出以保障机制为前提,运行机制为关键,创新机制为动力的协同培养路径,实现提升教师教育人才培养质量的长远目标。
In recent years,China has innovated the training model of teacher education talents,through joint collaboration of multiple parties,carried out practical activities such as pre-service teacher training and post-service education and training,and has achieved good results.But it also faces practical dilemmas such as cooperation culture conflict,unsatisfactory operating mechanisms,and inadequate regulatory guarantee mechanisms.Based on the actor network theory,combined with the exploration of the Guangdong Teacher Education Innovation Experimental Zone,the article deeply analyzes the construction process of the“All in One”teacher education talent training actor network,sums up the inspiration of the actor network theory for teacher education talent training,and generating the operation mechanism is the key,guaranteeing mechanism is the premise,and the innovation mechanism is the driving path for collaborative training to achieve the long-term goal of improving the quality of teacher education talents.
