随着小升初新政的实施,优质民办初中以往通过各种途径提前跨区“掐尖”获取优质生源的发展模式将受到重大影响。各优质民办初中的管理者应该充分认识新政的意义,重新对学校的发展进行战略分析,找准学校发展的优势、弱势、机遇和挑战,并在此基础上,坚定走内涵发展道路,提高学校品牌文化影响力;加快推进教育教学改革,成为教育教学改革的示范者;优化教育服务能力,提高学校“加工能力”;推进现代学校制度建设,永葆学校发展活力。

Facing the new policy of primary school to junior high school,high-quality private junior high schools cannot cope with choosing students through various channels and continuing the previous development model.High-quality private junior high schools should conduct strategic analysis and find out the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges of school development,on the basis of fully understanding the new policy.High-quality private junior high schools should take effective action to improve the quality of education continuously:resolutely following the path of connotation development and shaping the influence of school brand culture;as soon as possible promoting education and teaching reform and becoming a model of education and teaching reform;improving education service capabilities and shaping schools’“processing capabilities”;promoting the construction of a modern school system and always maintaining the vitality of school development.
