青皮甘草汤联合针刺治疗乳腺囊性增生病30例疗效观察

Clinical Observation on 30 Cases of Breast Cystic Hyperplasia Treated with Qingpi Gancao Decoction Combined with Acupuncture

目的:探讨青皮甘草汤联合针刺治疗乳腺囊性增生病的临床疗效。方法:选择2019年7月至2020年10月萍乡市妇幼保健院收治的乳腺囊性增生患者90例,按随机数字表分为观察组(口服青皮甘草汤+穴位针刺)、对照组1(口服青皮甘草汤)、对照组2(口服小金胶囊),各30例。治疗2个月后,比较三组治疗效果、乳腺疼痛评分、肿块评分及安全性。结果:观察组治疗有效率(96.67%)高于对照组1(70.00%)、对照组2(73.33%),治疗后三组疼痛评分、肿块评分均降低,且观察组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组治疗期间均未出现严重不良反应。结论:乳腺囊性增生患者采用青皮甘草汤联合针刺治疗能够提高治疗效果,改善乳腺疼痛,缩小乳腺肿块,临床应用安全性较高,值得推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Qingpi Gancao decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of breast cystic hyperplasia.Methods:A total of 90 patients with breast cystic hyperplasia admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to October 2020 were randomly divided into treatment group(take Qingpi Gancao decoction+acupoint acupuncture),control group 1(take Qingpi Gancao decoction)and control group 2(take Xiaojin capsule)according to random number table,with 30 cases in each group.After 2 months of treatment,the efficacy,breast pain score,mass score and safety of the three groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of treatment group(96.67%)was higher than that of control group 1(70.00%)and control group 2(73.33%).After treatment,the pain score and mass score of the three groups were decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in the three groups during treatment.Conclusion:The treatment of patients with breast cystic hyperplasia by Qingpi Gancao decoction combined with acupuncture can improve the therapeutic effect,improve the breast pain,reduce the breast mass,the clinical application is safe and worthy of promotion.
