摘要
三代核电堆型华龙一号堆芯中子通量测量系统根据数字化仪控系统设计要求采用模块化的设计方法。文章介绍了基于多种基础功能插件作为系统的最小模块以实现系统的快速搭建方案,以提高设计效率及设备的可靠性和可维修性。基于该方案实现了堆芯中子通量测量系统信号处理柜的设计,其样机完成功能性能测试测试,并顺利通过了K3级设备的鉴定试验。
In-core neutron flux measurement system(CNFM)of HPR1000 is modular designed according to the requirement of digital instrument control system design.This paper introduces a fast building scheme based on multi-functional plug-ins as the minimum module of the system,to improve the efficiency of design and reliability and maintainability of equipment.The design of signal processing cabinet of CNFM is realized based on this scheme,and the prototype has completed the functional test of the factory and passed the qualification test of K3 class equipment.
