摘要
为实现海工船型功能多样化的需求,有更多管路系统布置其上,而大型管路系统(如货油系统、消防系统等)在止动点处的支反力巨大,为保护管路结构强度和稳定运行,重型管支架成为必要的结构。通过对各种实际情况下设置的重型管支架进行归类和结构分析,辅以结构有限元计算,研究如何设计重型管支架的有效结构形式,对传统结构形式进行优化改良,最终达到结构精简和节约成本的目的。
In order to achieve the diversified function demands of offshore ship types,there are more piping systems arranged on offshore ships.The large-scale piping systems,such as cargo oil systems and fire fighting systems,have huge reaction forces at the stopping point.In order to protect the structure strength and stable operation of the pipelines,heavy pipe supports come to be necessary structure.Through the classification and structure analysis of heavy pipe supports which set in various actual situations,accompanied the finite element analysis of the structure,how to design the effective structural form is studied,and the traditional pipe support structure is optimized and improved,which finally achieves the purpose of structure simplification and cost saving.
