主机润滑系统串油流体理论和检验

摘要 为了保证润滑系统可靠,保持主机的连续运行,需要主机润滑系统串油清洁度高,不因杂质导致主机运动部件之间干摩擦。介绍主机润滑系统杂质来源,从流体理论分析串油过程杂质难以清除的原因,以此为基础,研究解决该问题的措施,结合现场检验实践,总结确保串油效果的现场验收要点,对主机串油方案优化和检验具有指导意义。 In order to guarantee the reliability of the lubrication system and keep the continuous running of the main engine,the lubrication system of the main engine is required to have high oil cleanliness and not to cause dry friction between moving parts of the main engine due to impurities.The source of impurity of the engine lubrication system is introduced.From the fluid theory,the reasons of the difficulties for flushing process to remove impurities are analyzed.On the basis,the measures to solve the problem is studied.Combined with on-site inspection practice,the key points to ensure the oil flushing effect are summarized.It has guiding significance for the flushing scheme optimization and inspection.
