支持型社会组织运行现状及问题研究——以T市N社会组织孵化中心为例

Research on the Current Situation and Problems of Supporting Social Organizations--Take the N Social Organization Incubation Center in T City as an example

社会治理方式转型、社会治理能力现代化是新时代背景下政府工作的重点,社会组织在推进现代化社会治理中发挥的作用日益重要。为推动社会组织充分满足社会的需求,支持型社会组织应运而生。但伴随着时间的增长,支持型社会组织也暴露出自身的问题,社会组织发展后续乏力。本文通过对T市N社会组织孵化中心运行现状的研究发现,缺乏标准化细则、欠缺有效的监督机制、社会组织视角的缺乏、孵化组织类型单一以及自身的专业水平不够这些因素制约着支持型社会组织的后续发展,并针对这些问题提出相应的完善方案。

The transformation of social governance methods and the modernization of social governance capabilities are the focus of government work in the context of the new era.Social organizations play an increasingly important role in promoting modern social governance.In order to promote social organizations to fully meet the needs of society,supportive social organizations have emerged.But with the increase of time,supportive social organizations have also exposed their own problems,and the follow-up development of social organizations is weak.Based on the research on the operating status of the N social organization incubation center in T city,this paper found that the lack of standardized rules,the lack of effective supervision mechanism,the lack of social organization perspective,the single type of incubation organization,and the insufficient professional level of these factors restrict the support of social organizations.Follow-up development,and put forward corresponding improvement plans for these problems.
