血清CA125和CA199水平在卵巢成熟性畸胎瘤诊断中的应用价值

Value of serum CA125 and CA199 levels in the diagnosis of mature teratoma of ovary

目的探讨CA125和CA199两种肿瘤标志物与卵巢成熟畸胎瘤临床特征、病理组织学间的关系及其诊断意义。方法选取本院2018年10月-2019年10月收治的100例经病理确诊为卵巢成熟畸胎瘤患者的临床资料进行研究。所有患者进行血清CA199、CA125水平检测,观察阳性率以及与年龄、卵巢成熟畸胎瘤单双侧、肿块大小、左右侧别、是否含有脑组织的关系。结果CA199阳性率(34.00%)较高,血清水平(84.30±50.03)U/mL远超过临界值。CA125阳性率为14.00%,血清水平(20.35±10.15)U/mL。肿瘤发生于双侧时CA199、CA125明显升高,说明与单双侧卵巢成熟畸胎瘤差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CA199、CA125升高组肿瘤直径明显大于CA199、CA125正常组肿瘤,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CA199、CA125正常组、升高组对含有脑组织发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CA199升高组和正常组及CA125升高组和正常组年龄、左右侧别发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血清CA199水平升高有助于诊断卵巢成熟性畸胎瘤,血清CA199和CA125水平可以初步判断卵巢畸胎瘤大小,在判断畸胎瘤的侧别及病理上是否含有脑组织上无明显差别。

Objective To analyze the relationship between tumor markers CA125,CA199 and the clinical characteristics and histopathology of ovarian mature teratoma,and to explore its diagnostic significance.Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with ovarian mature teratoma diagnosed by pathology from October 2018 to October 2019 in our hospital were studied.The serum CA199 and CA125 levels were detected,the positive rates were observed,and the relationship between CA199 and CA125 and age,single and double sides of ovarian mature teratoma,tumor size,single and double sides,and brain tissue was analyzed.Results The positive rate of CA199(34.00%)was high,and the serum level(84.30 toma,tumor size,single and double sides,and brain tissue was analyzed.ed.The serum CA199 and CA125 levels were detected,the positive rates were observed,and the rly increased when the tumor occurred in both sides,indicating that there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);the tumor diameter in the CA199 and CA125 increased group was significantly larger than that in the CA199 and CA125 normal group(P<0.05);the incidence of brain tissue in the CA199 and CA125 normal group and the CA125 increased group was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in age,left and right side incidence between the CA199 increased group and normal group,as well as the CA125 increased group and normal group(P>0.05).Conclusion Elevated serum CA199 level is helpful for the diagnosis of ovarian mature teratoma.Serum CA199 and CA125 levels can preliminarily judge the size of ovarian teratoma,but there was no significant difference in judging the side of teratoma and whether there was brain tissue in pathology.
