基于压缩感知谱距的声学弱信号检测算法

摘要 基于声学弱信号在离散傅里叶基上的稀疏特性,采用服从独立分布的高斯随机测量矩阵和正交匹配追踪算法对声学弱信号进行压缩与重构。研究声学弱信号谱域向量稀疏特性,提出了基于压缩感知谱距的声学弱信号检测算法,对实际声学弱信号进行了端点检测试验。试验结果表明,基于压缩感知谱距的声学弱信号检测算法具有抗噪性能良好、运算效率高以及算法扩展性强等特点。 Based on the sparsity of acoustic weak signal on discrete Fourier basis,the random measurement matrix and orthogonal matching pursuit algorithm are used to compress and reconstruct the acoustic weak signal.In this paper,the sparse feature of acoustic weak signal in spectral domain is studied,and an acoustic weak signal detection algorithm based on compressed sensing spectral distance is proposed.The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm has good noise resistance,high efficiency and strong scalability.
