摘要 为实现TWS蓝牙耳机充电仓的充电、放电、通信、主控一体化设计,缩小PCB板的面积,设计了一款充电仓控制系统。采用可编程电源管理SoC IP5516作为主控,针对内嵌台湾络达、台湾瑞昱、杰理、中科蓝讯蓝牙芯片耳机的交互需求,通过构建相关的通信辅助电路、耳机睡眠阻抗匹配电路、霍尔检测电路、锂电保护电路、显示电路以及编写对应的软件,实现了仓线性降压充电、仓对耳机同步整流升压放电、仓向耳机单向通信且同步进入μA级低功耗模式等功能。 A charging case control system with charging,discharging,communicating,and controller functions integrated into one chip is designed for TWS Bluetooth earbuds.Compared with existing circuits,the main advantage of the printed circuit board assembly is its smaller size with more functions and less power consumption.Furthermore,extra boost converter chip,buds plugged in detection circuit and 3 MOSFETs can be removed from that circuit.IP5516 is adopted as the main controller to meet the needs of linear regular,synchronous rectified boost converter,communication interface,Hall signal detection,display and battery management control.The system is compatible with the buds embedded the chip of Airoha,Realtek,JieLi Technology or Bluetrum.Ultra low power consumption mode can be achieved inμA level.
