摘要
人才是第一生产力,随着各地人才引进政策的相继出台,人才在社会上的地位逐步提升,也从另一方面反映出人才的重要作用。作为传统行业,饲料企业要想取得更加长远的发展,就要加强企业人才引进。本文从人才的影响因素入手进行分析,从内部环境、外部政策、整体水平3个方面分析了目前人才在饲料企业中的发展现状,指出了目前在人才政策、人才环境、管理层意识及技术资金投入方面的不足,提出了加强饲料企业人才政策建设、创优饲料企业内部人才发展环境、提升管理层人才引进意识以及加大相关技术资金投入等措施,旨在使人才在饲料企业内部有更好的发展,也能提升饲料企业的竞争力及发展潜力。
Talent is the first productivity.With the introduction of talent introduction policies,the status of talent in the society has been gradually improved,which also reflects the important role of talent.As a traditional industry,feed enterprises want to achieve more long-term development,it is necessary to strengthen the introduction of talents.This paper analyzes the influencing factors of talents,analyzes the current development situation of talents in feed enterprises from three aspects of internal environment,external policy and overall level,points out the deficiencies in talent policy,talent environment,management consciousness and technical capital investment,and puts forward the suggestions of strengthening talent policy construction and creating excellent talents in feed enterprises Development environment,enhance the management of talent introduction consciousness and increase the relevant technical capital investment and other measures are designed to make talents have better development in feed enterprises,and also can enhance the competitiveness and development potential of feed enterprises.
