平面交叉口定向匝道设置条件与技术经济评价

Setting Conditions and Technical and Economic Evaluation of Directional Ramp at Plane Intersection

利用定向匝道减少交叉口延误是缓解城市节点拥堵问题的手段之一,考虑到用地、资金和环境等约束,需要谨慎论证修建立体交叉口的适用性与条件。本研究针对城市内修建左转定向匝道的前期可行性,通过对其所需的道路条件、交通条件进行分析,利用VISSIM仿真得出修建匝道前后交叉口的延误、排放及燃料消耗量的差值,用拟定的标准交叉口估算定向匝道的修建费用,对比分析其经济性,得出快速评估修建左转定向匝道可行性的方法。该研究对改进城市立交规划可行性提出了新的思路。

Using directional ramps to reduce intersection delays is one of the means to alleviate the problem of urban node congestion.However,taking into account the constraints of land use,capital and environment,it is necessary to carefully demonstrate the applicability and conditions of constructing an interchange.This study aims at the preliminary feasibility of building a left-turn directional ramp in the city.It analyzes the required road conditions and traffic conditions,and uses VISSIM simulation to obtain the delays,emissions and fuel consumption of the intersection before and after the ramp.Estimate the construction cost of the directional ramp through the proposed standard intersection,compare and analyze its economics,and summarize the method for quickly assessing whether a left-turn directional ramp can be built.The study puts forward new ideas for improving the feasibility study of urban interchange planning.
