低温工况下不锈钢管壁厚的脉冲涡流检测 被引量:2

Pulsed Eddy Current Testing of Stainless Steel Pipe Wall Thickness under Low Temperature Condition

摘要 对金属构件无损检测的方法进行对比,选取脉冲涡流检测对低温工况下不锈钢管道在线检测进行研究。介绍脉冲涡流检测技术的工作原理、检测过程,对检测结果进行分析,与实验室超声检测结果进行对比。在低温、带保冷层和局部腐蚀等恶劣条件下,脉冲涡流检测技术检测不锈钢管壁厚有96.43%的值与真值的相对误差在士10%以内,脉冲涡流检测技术具有较高的灵敏度和可靠性。 The non-destructive testing methods of metal components are compared,and pulsed eddy current testing is selected to study the on-line testing of stainless steel pipe under low temperature conditions.The working prineiple and testing process of pulsed eddy current testing technology are introduced.The test results are analyzed and compared with the ultrasonic testing results in laboratory.Under severe conditions such as low temperature,cold insulation layer and local corrosion,the relative error between the true value and 96.43%of the stainless steel pipe wall thickness measured by pulsed eddy current testing technology is within±10%.The pulsed eddy current testing technology has high sensitivity and reliability.
