摘要
介绍外壁包覆可剥离热塑性防护层PE管材(以下简称包覆管)的结构、规格、特点、材料性能参数,采用UG NX7.0软件对带划伤的工作管进行应力仿真分析,介绍包覆管在实际非开挖工程的应用情况。理论分析和工程实践表明,避免工作管划伤对减小工作管在应力集中处的峰值应力至关重要,包覆管可避免工作管划伤从而避免应力集中的发生,提高管道系统安全可靠性。
The structure,specifcation,charac-teristics and material performance parameters of pipe coated with peelable thermoplastic protective layer PE(hereinafter referred to as the coated pipe)are intro-duced.The stress simulation analysis of the scratched working pipe is caried out by using UG NX7.0 soft-ware,and the application of the coated pipe in the acltual trenchless engineering is introduced.Theoretical analysis and engineering practice show that it is very important to avoid the scratching of working pipe to reduce the peak stress of working pipe at the stress con-centration,and the coated pipe can avoid the scratching of working pipe,so as to avoid the occurrence of stress concentration and improve the safety and reliability of pipeline system.
